Take Your Exam
Sit your official exam while your subscription is active.
If You Don't Pass
Submit your official score report within 30 days of your exam date.
Get 4 Months Free
We'll extend your access by 4 months at no charge — a full extra quarter to keep studying.
Eligibility Requirements
- ✓Must have an active VoltExam monthly or yearly subscription (lifetime one-time purchases are not eligible)
- ✓Must have been subscribed for at least 3 months
- ✓Must have attempted all questions in the app
- ✓Must have maintained an 80%+ average score in the app
- ✓Must take your official exam while your subscription is active
- ✓Must submit your claim within 30 days of your exam date
How to Claim
If you meet all requirements and don't pass, email arun@voltexam.com with the following:
- —Your App Store or Google Play receipt confirming 3+ months of subscription
- —Official exam score report showing a failing score
- —Screenshot of your in-app Stats showing all questions attempted and 80%+ average
We'll verify your eligibility within 5 business days. If approved, we'll send you a code to extend your access by 4 months, free of charge.
Exclusions
- ✗Free users — an active paid subscription is required
- ✗Subscriptions active for less than 3 months at the time of the exam
- ✗Users who have not attempted all questions in the app
- ✗Users with an in-app average score below 80%
- ✗Claims submitted more than 30 days after the exam date
- ✗Second or subsequent exam attempts
- ✗Exams taken after the subscription has lapsed
- ✗Fraudulent claims — will result in account termination
