How It Works

Eligibility Requirements

• ✓Must have a Lifetime purchase (not a monthly subscription)
• ✓Must complete 100% of questions in the app
• ✓Must achieve 80%+ on at least 3 mock exams
• ✓Must use the app for a minimum of 30 days
• ✓Must take your official exam within 60 days of completing the app
• ✓Must be your first exam attempt after using our app
• ✓Must submit your claim within 14 days of your exam date

How to Claim

If you meet all requirements and don't pass, email passpromise@voltexam.com with the following:

• —Your App Store or Google Play receipt
• —Official exam score report showing failure
• —Screenshots of your in-app progress showing 100% question completion
• —Screenshots showing 80%+ on 3 mock exams
• —Screenshots showing 30+ days of study history

We'll verify your eligibility within 5 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 business days.

Exclusions

• ✗Monthly subscriptions — only Lifetime purchases qualify
• ✗Free trial users
• ✗Users who did not complete the full program
• ✗Exams taken more than 60 days after program completion
• ✗Claims submitted more than 14 days after exam date
• ✗Second or subsequent exam attempts
• ✗State-specific exams where we do not cover state content
• ✗Fraudulent claims — will result in account termination
