How It Works

Eligibility Requirements

• ✓Must have an active VoltExam subscription (any paid plan)
• ✓Must have been subscribed for at least 3 months
• ✓Must have attempted all questions in the app
• ✓Must have maintained an 80%+ average score in the app
• ✓Must take your official exam while your subscription is active
• ✓Must submit your claim within 30 days of your exam date

How to Claim

If you meet all requirements and don't pass, email arun@voltexam.com with the following:

• —Your App Store or Google Play receipt confirming 3+ months of subscription
• —Official exam score report showing a failing score
• —Screenshot of your in-app Stats showing all questions attempted and 80%+ average

We'll verify your eligibility within 5 business days. If approved, we'll send you a code to extend your access by 4 months, free of charge.

Exclusions

• ✗Free users — an active paid subscription is required
• ✗Subscriptions active for less than 3 months at the time of the exam
• ✗Users who have not attempted all questions in the app
• ✗Users with an in-app average score below 80%
• ✗Claims submitted more than 30 days after the exam date
• ✗Second or subsequent exam attempts
• ✗Exams taken after the subscription has lapsed
• ✗Fraudulent claims — will result in account termination
