How many questions are on the PMP exam?
The PMP exam has 180 questions with a 4-hour time limit. About 50% of questions are predictive (traditional/waterfall) and 50% are agile or hybrid. Question types include multiple choice, drag-and-drop, matching, and hotspot. Two 10-minute breaks are included.
What are the PMP exam eligibility requirements?
You need a 4-year degree plus 36 months of project leadership experience, or a high school diploma plus 60 months of project leadership experience. You also need 35 hours of project management education/training. PMI membership is not required but saves $140 on the exam fee.
What score do I need to pass the PMP exam?
PMI does not publish a fixed percentage passing score. Scores are reported as Above Target, Target, Below Target, or Needs Improvement across the Predictive and Agile/Hybrid domains. PMI recommends consistent performance across both domains to ensure a passing result.
What is the PMP exam pass rate?
